Thank you all and especially Phil for helping me get my life back, up there in Crouch End! I am now 'part of the cure not part of the disease!'

I have decorated my bedroom in one weekend a job which would have taken mere me months but took the genius of health, vitality and wellness just a few days! I need to move onto others life enhancing tasks now!!

My friends and family are amazed at my renewed energy and cannot keep up with me! Your process is truly amazing.
