Recovery Stories: Derek's Recovery Story

Derek was the Chairman of the Stockport ME/CFS support group, and is now the campaigns manager. He had ME for 21 years, and went through the Lightning Process in April 2007. He is now fell walking and climbing mountains between speaking at ME/CFS support group meetings to tell his story about how the Lightning Process helped him to recover.
