What is involved?

When training someone to use The Phil Parker Lightning Process to change their life or health we have found it works best to follow this schedule:

3 consecutive days training lasting 2 to 4 hours per day in small groups of just 2 to 4 people and one appointment, one week later- 20-60 minutes either by phone or face to face depending on what's needed.

During the training you can take breaks for refreshments and comfort whenever necessary.

If after the training you feel you need further support, maybe to help you to adjust back into “normal life” or just to answer questions you may have, Julie will always be happy to provide further support as required.

Day 1

Julie will help you explore which factors are preventing you from getting what you want. With the ME seminars this includes an in-depth discussion of the complex physiology of the condition, and especially considers the role of dysfunctional adrenaline levels in the maintenance condition.

Julie will also take you through the key steps of the process, individually tailoring it to meet your needs and abilities. The key steps include a series of body movements, postures and core coaching to stimulate new neurological pathways.

As the brain has the ability to create new pathways rapidly the changes can be achieved quickly.

Day 2 and 3

You will be trained in further ways to create and stabilise new more effective neurological pathways.

More detail of the content in the 3 day training

The curriculum of the seminars focuses on two main phases:

  1. Discovery
  2. Change

Phase one- Discovery: Training modules

  1. Beliefs: Discovering the positive and negative power of beliefs on our health and life.
  2. Influence :
    1. Discovering which areas of our health and life we feel we can influence, and which areas we feel we have no say in.
    2. Discovering if there are new ways to approach these issues which give us more choice and more influence over our well being and future.
  3. Inner dialogue: Discovering how much of our inner dialogue is useful and how much is destructive and limits our health and future.
  4. Body Posture: Discovering how the way we use our bodies and carry ourselves influences how our body works and how we feel.
  5. Expectations alter physiology : Discovering how much we create valuable or destructive expectations about what’s about to happen next which directly prepare our body physically for those imagined events.
  6. Responsibility and blame : Distinguishing the difference between being responsible for your health and well being and feeling as if you are to blame for it.

Phase two- Change: Training modules

  1. How to change any of the above that are keeping you stuck.
  2. How to make complicated things simple.
  3. How to dramatically change our perspective and focus when we need to.
  4. Adjusting back into life after a long term illness

Support after the 3 days training

If after the training you feel you need further support, maybe to help you to adjust back into "normal life" or just to answer questions you may have, Julie will always be happy to provide further support as required.

You will be given a support CD, which talks you through how to apply the process in the first week after the seminar, and reminds you of what you have learnt.
